What is the return policy?
You have 14 days to request a return from the day you receive your order.
To be accepted:
- The tag must not be removed.
- The product must be in the exact same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- It must be sent back in the original packaging.

Are any purchases final sale?
All products are refundable within this 14-day period, including items purchased on sale or during promotions, as long as they meet our return conditions and are sent back in their original, unworn and undamaged state.
When will I get my order?
We know you want your product as soon as possible, and our team always does its best to ship your order quickly. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose and your location, but in most cases our products arrive within 5 business days.
